Deleting your AI Study Planner account

How to delete your account

Open AI Study Planner and go to:

Settings → Your data → Delete account

You will be asked to confirm twice: type DELETE to confirm you mean it, and enter your account password to confirm it is you. Both are required because the deletion cannot be undone.

What is removed

Your account and every row belonging to it, in a single operation. Nothing is retained afterwards and there is no waiting period.

• Your sign-in account and password.
• Your profile and study preferences.
• Courses, assignments, tasks and exams.
• Study sessions and everything recorded about time spent.
• Availability rules and blocked periods.
• Reminder settings, and any reminders already scheduled on your device are cancelled.
• AI usage counters and rate-limit counters.

Uploaded documents

There are none to delete. A document you import for the AI to read is used for that single request and never stored — this service has no file storage.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Only the store can cancel it. Do that in your store subscription settings, before or after deleting the account — they are independent.

Taking a copy first

If you want your data before it goes, use Settings → Your data → Export my data. It writes everything to a single JSON file on your device. Deletion is permanent, so export first if in doubt.

If you cannot sign in

REQUIRES_SUPPORT_CONTACT
A monitored address where somebody locked out of their account can request deletion. Google Play expects this route to exist for users who cannot reach the in-app path. No address is invented here.
